At The Fabric Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home textile purchase. If your fabric or decor item isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Fabric

  Ensure all fabrics are uncut, unwashed, and free of any odors or pet hair, and pack them securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or use your preferred trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned textiles, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
